About Scott Rosengrants
Scott Rosengrants founded SFL Capital on a simple but powerful observation: the most reliable wealth-building tool in American history — real estate — has always been out of reach for most people. Not because they lacked discipline or ambition, but because the deals were too big, too complex, and too inaccessible.
SFL Capital was built to close that gap. By focusing on the Colorado Front Range — a market Scott knows intimately — and targeting 15 to 30-unit value-add multifamily properties, SFL operates in a deal size range that large institutions ignore.
